Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting daily operations by organizing work assignments, assisting Colleagues, and providing professional, friendly service
  • Training and guiding Housekeeping Colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Managing housekeeping supplies, equipment, inventories, and enforcing company key‑control policies
  • Communicating maintenance needs and coordinating repairs, furnishings, and equipment relocation
  • Conducting residence inspections and ensuring physical facilities meet company standards, addressing and reporting any inconsistencies
  • Completing reports, documenting Owner/Member preferences, assisting with housekeeping service requests, and performing special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative or housekeeping experience preferred
  • leadership experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications required
  • University or college degree in a related field is an asset
  • Professional presentation and demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while remaining calm, courteous, and guest‑focused
  • Strong team‑player with the ability to work cohesively with others
  • Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
  • Occasional ascending/descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
