Job Description:

Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with unloading items, delivering laundry and clothing to guestrooms. Requires excellent guest service skills and flexible schedule availability. Position involves responding to various service requests and maintaining laundry/dry cleaning standards.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests upon arrival
Assist with unloading guest items safely
Deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms
Respond to guest requests
Respond to Front Desk requests
Respond to At Your Service requests
Monitor cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning
Complete valet tickets properly
Coordinate repairs to appropriate persons
Pick-up and deliver completed repairs

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
Excellent guest service skills
Availability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to respond promptly to requests
Ability to monitor cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning
Ability to complete valet tickets properly
Ability to coordinate repairs and deliveries
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain professional uniform and appearance
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to develop positive working relationships
Support team goals
Physical ability to reach, bend, twist, pull, stoop, grasp, turn, and manipulate objects
Ability to move, lift, or carry objects up to 10 pounds
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
