Housekeeper Job at Twin Farms (Barnard)

Job Responsibility

Daily preparation: inventory check and loading of supplies for the shift
Room make-up / turndown service: remove trash and laundry
sanitize and clean bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, and eating areas
dust
vacuum
make beds
replenish amenities (firewood, toiletries, etc.)
reset fireplaces as needed
Room turnovers: prepare rooms for guest check-in, including stripping and making beds with fresh linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities
Common area upkeep: maintain cleanliness and presentation of common areas
Laundry support (as needed): gather and transport linens and laundry
load machines, fold, store, and deliver items as required
Closet restocking: inventory and restock housekeeping closets with linens and amenities
Department space upkeep: maintain laundry building, bathrooms, break rooms, and office areas
Vehicle use: operate a company vehicle carefully
ensure vehicles are cleared of supplies and refuse at the end of each shift
Efficiency and accuracy: complete work thoroughly and on time while maintaining service standards
Reporting: observe and report maintenance issues, missing inventory, or damage
Other duties: assist with additional tasks as assigned
