Job Description:

Guest Environment Expert skilled in housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining hotel appearance and cleanliness, empowered to move about the space and complete tasks to create great guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Giving guests a clean room and freshly made bed
Building memorable and unique guest experiences
Maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
Delivering guest requests
Stocking carts
Cleaning rooms and public spaces
Ensuring spaces help create great guest experience

Requirements:

Skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions
Responsibility for maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
Ability to move about and complete tasks
Capable of delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces
Ensuring safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality
Upholding quality standards
Maintaining professional uniform, appearance, and communications
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
