Job Description:

This position provides housekeeping services to maintain the cleanliness of the Poss Camp, Duplex, 109, 106, 107, A-Dorm, and the TDX Office on a daily basis.

Job Responsibility:

  • Make or change bed linens as needed
  • Wash linens and towels on a daily basis
  • Clean and wipe down rooms
  • Clean bathrooms
  • Clean lobby, TV room, hallway, and laundry room
  • Clean all vacant duplex and hotel rooms before new occupants arrive
  • Change towels and replace items when they become low in each room
  • Take out the trash
  • Stock cups, tissue, and paper towels
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Assisting the tourists on where things are within the hotel
  • Assist tourists with various inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must work well with the public
  • Reliable attendance is required
  • Must be willing to be on call when needed
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends and work later than scheduled when necessary
  • Must be able to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
