Job Responsibility

Maintain the residence to impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout all floors and rooms
Full laundry care, including washing, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe organisation
Pack and unpack for the family, ensuring clothing and personal items are correctly stored
Prepare light meals or refreshments when the family is in residence
Care for high-end furnishings, antiques, and delicate fabrics using appropriate techniques
Oversee the smooth daily running of the home and assist with ad-hoc requests
Identify maintenance issues and coordinate access for contractors, liaising with other household staff as needed
