Job Responsibility:

Maintaining a safe, clean, and tidy environment throughout the nursery
Completing daily cleaning checks and recording them on appropriate checklists
Cleaning and organising indoor and outdoor areas in line with COSHH guidelines
Managing laundry duties
Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting or ordering replacements as needed
Using appropriate signage for wet floors and cleaning hazards
Following Health & Safety policies and procedures
Helping to create a warm, welcoming, and homely environment for children
Using a friendly and respectful approach with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
