Job Description:

Guest Environment Experts are skilled in housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done to create great guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
Delivering guest requests
Stocking carts
Cleaning rooms and public spaces
Building memorable and unique guest experiences
Ensuring spaces help create great guest experience

Requirements:

Skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
On feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time)
Ensuring a safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality
Upholding quality standards
Maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
