Job Description:

The Guest Environment Expert ensures spaces in the hotel create a great guest experience by maintaining cleanliness and delivering service based on The Ritz-Carlton standards. Responsibilities include a range of housekeeping functions to support guests' comfort and satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
deliver guest requests
stock carts
clean rooms and public spaces
create a great guest experience
ensure the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day.

Requirements:

Ensure a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
uphold quality standards
ensure your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
be on your feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time)
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
