Job Description:

This is an exciting time to be joining Lovat Fields and be part of a supportive team in a luxury retirement village based in Milton Keynes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Spring (sparkle) cleaning of resident apartments
  • Using cleaning machinery (e.g., industrial vacuum cleaners and floor cleaning equipment)
  • Undertake control of the stock of cleaning materials and ensure they are kept in locked cupboards, ordering of supplies and maintaining stock levels
  • Health & Safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • Spring (sparkle) cleaning of resident apartments
  • Using cleaning machinery (e.g., industrial vacuum cleaners and floor cleaning equipment)
  • Flexible, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
  • Being on your feet for long periods of time
  • At times lifting loads of up to 25 pounds
  • Undertake control of the stock of cleaning materials and ensure they are kept in locked cupboards, ordering of supplies and maintaining stock levels
  • Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office would prove advantageous
  • Health & Safety procedures are followed
