Housekeeper

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and hallways
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors
• clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces
• Maintain a supply inventory and notify management when more cleaning supplies are needed
• Change linens and make beds according to established standards
• Handle and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management in a timely manner
• Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service and interact courteously with residents and guests
• Assist in special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and outdoor maintenance
• Uphold the company’s policies and standards of confidentiality and professionalism

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good physical stamina, able to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must be reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Must pass background checks and comply with company policies

Previous housekeeping experience is a plus
