Job Responsibility:

  • Perform routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas
  • clean resident apartments thoroughly
  • interact positively and respectfully with residents
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • report maintenance issues and safety hazards
  • assist with setup and breakdown of community events as needed
  • adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required
  • ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
  • legal authorization to work in the country
  • physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing
  • dependable and trustworthy
