Join EKC Group – Where Every Space Matters! East Kent Colleges Group is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to help keep our Canterbury College campus spotless and welcoming. This role is for 17 hours per week. Shift Details: 05.00am to 08.30am Monday to Thursday and 5.00am to 8.00am on Friday. Your Role: Maintain the cleanliness of the college buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for students and staff. Prior experience working within health and safety guidelines is beneficial. If you're passionate about creating clean, inviting spaces, come be part of our team!

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the college buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for students and staff
  • Work both independently and as part of a team
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including the use of machinery
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial cleaning environment or the ability to learn quickly
  • Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Some technology/computer experience would be an advantage
