Job Responsibility

Ensuring the common areas of the Property are cleaned to a high standard in order to provide a great first impression to our visitors and provide an excellent service to the students in residence
Carrying out planned and reactive cleaning duties in student buildings located throughout the Property, student kitchen areas, offices, communal and toilet areas including replenishing consumables to a high standard of hygiene
Playing a key role in our summer turnaround time when we say goodbye to one intake of students and prepare for the next

Job Responsibility

Maintain the Community interior, including residents’ apartments, in a clean and sanitary fashion and in a courteous and friendly manner
Provide general housekeeping for both the Community as a whole and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments
Clean and defrost refrigerators, clean and check heat system filters, change bed and linens, ensure adequate linen supplies
Turn mattress as necessary and empty waste baskets
Provide deep cleaning of apartments
Launder all linens
Follow Company sanitation and safety procedures
Greet residents and guests at each table, serve beverages, cereals, soups/salads
Review menu, take orders, serve meals and desserts
Return cart to kitchen, assist with storage
