Job Responsibility

Thoroughly cleaning all areas of guest rooms, from vacuuming floors and dusting furniture to sanitising bathrooms, including toilets, tiles, showers, and sinks
Stripping and remaking beds with fresh linens, and ensuring mattresses and blankets are in top condition
Preparing rooms and bathrooms to meet high standards and reporting to the Head Housekeeper when rooms are ready for sale
Notifying the maintenance team of any necessary repairs
Assisting with vacuuming hallways
Managing laundry for collection
Attending regular training sessions and team meetings.
