This Housekeeper position is pivotal to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our student properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for our residents. Job Responsibility

  • Clean and maintain communal areas, corridors, staircases, and shared facilities within student properties to high standards
  • Ensure bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are cleaned in accordance with company protocols where applicable
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the management team
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly, ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Work cooperatively with other team members and respond promptly to residents’ enquiries or requests
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or customer service roles is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role
  • Ability to work flexibly to accommodate shift patterns, including weekends if required
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning and hygiene
