Spring cleaning of resident apartments
Using cleaning machinery (e.g., industrial vacuum cleaners and floor cleaning equipment)
Flexible, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
Being on your feet for long periods of time
At times lifting loads of up to 25 pounds
Undertake control of the stock of cleaning materials and ensure they are kept in locked cupboards
Ordering of supplies and maintaining stock levels
Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office would prove advantageous
Health & Safety procedures are followed

Cleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed
Sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors
cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
Dusting furniture and equipment
Polishing metalwork
Washing walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
Performs all laundry duties, including: Washing and drying resident laundry and textiles in provided appliances
