As our House Supervisor, you will be a dynamic leader, guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence.
Job Responsibility
Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel in patient care units
plan work of assigned units and coordinate activities with other related departments
organize and oversee patient care delivery during an assigned shift
provide input to employee performance and assist in the coaching of staff members
provide nursing care to patients on an as needed basis
maintain communication with patient and family members regarding care needed
assesses and allocates resources as needed
documents daily staffing and administrative records and maintains compliance with governmental policies and procedures
Requirements
Associate's Degree in Nursing
Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience
Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Current ACLS certification
