Job Responsibility

Be the ultimate resource, support system, and decision-maker for all clinical areas during designated shifts
Act as the in-house administration on evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proactively coordinate admissions, manage surges, and orchestrate patient placement across the facility
Lead high-risk situations and ensure swift, effective resolution
Collaborate with directors, optimize staffing, and ensure clinical teams have needed resources
Act as a communication bridge
Champion for patients and staff, interpret policies, and uphold ethical standards
Contribute to financial health, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance
Interview, hire, train, and promote talent

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or actively enrolled and completing it)
Current RN licensure in North Dakota (or a compact state where you reside)
BLS upon hire
ACLS certification
PALS certification
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification
3-5 years of hands-on clinical experience
