As a House Supervisor, you will be a central orchestrator of care, empowering our frontline nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences and drive operational excellence. Job Responsibility:
Facilitate organizational through-put by evaluating unit staffing and patient placement as needed
Assessing the needs for advisory status and measures to reduce/remove the facility from being on advisory
Organizing and scheduling after hours, emergent and weekend surgical cases as needed and notifying all necessary staff of procedures
Serving as incident commander for all internal/external events as the command center is established and additional leadership is notified
Managing internal staff conflicts that arise when Managers/Directors/Vice Presidents are not present on site
Ensuring EMTALA guidelines are followed for patient transfers
Requirements:
Bachelors Of Science in Nursing
2 years of charge nurse or leadership experience within last 5 years
