House Manager

• Daily management of the household and its systems, including AV, cinema, pool and other tech
• Overseeing and training household staff
• maintaining SOPs, checklists, and manuals
• Scheduling and supervising contractors and external service providers
• Household budgeting, procurement, and inventory control
• Coordinating logistics for family travel and seasonal events
• Occasional driving and local errands as required
• Managing privacy and security (e.g., locking away personal details, etc)
• Travelling in advance to the family’s Mediterranean properties to train seasonal staff and prepare the residences
• Accompanying the grown children on occasional travel
• Ensuring discretion and maintaining boundaries
• staff are expected to be out of sight after 17:30

• Proven experience managing UHNW homes of significant scale
• Experience in organising and managing dinner parties and events
• Tech-savvy: experienced in smart home, AV, pool, and security systems
• Highly organised, discreet, and detail-focused
• Polished, professional, and well-mannered
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Proactive, calm, and solutions-oriented
• Non-smoker with a full clean driving licence
• Strong checkable references
