House Manager

• Oversee the overall management and upkeep of a large, multi-story private residence
• Ensure the residence is maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality
• Coordinate and supervise in-house staff and external service providers, including technicians, housekeeping, and security teams
• Act as the single point of contact for all property-related operations and requirements
• Liaise with the existing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) technical teams provided by the organization
• Manage daily schedules, service routines, and operational logistics efficiently
• Ensure timely resolution of maintenance and operational issues through effective coordination
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the residence and the Managing Director
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and compliance protocols at all times

• Prior experience in high-end hotel management, luxury hospitality, or property management is strongly preferred
• Experience managing large private residences, villas, or multi-floor properties will be a significant advantage
• Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple daily operations seamlessly
• Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage operations in a high-profile and sensitive environment
• High standards of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Calm, mature, and solution-oriented approach
• Candidate must currently reside in Hyderabad or be willing to relocate
• Self-commute required
• High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and confidentiality
• Awareness of managing a residence linked to a high-profile individual with political connections in Hyderabad
• Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions
