Discover a unique part-time opportunity as a House manager in the Ghent and Sint-Martens-Latem area within an exclusive, luxurious residential estate. Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for organizing high-end living spaces perfectly? As a proactive house manager, you play a pivotal role in the setup and daily management of a brand-new luxury villa. You get the unique chance to start mid-November in the current apartment in Ghent to experience the move and final building stages firsthand. Through direct communication with the contractors, you will be fully guided on the high-end maintenance of exclusive materials, premium flooring, and the custom kitchen.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the flawless maintenance of both the luxury villa and the current apartment
  • Care for exclusive wardrobe items and ironing by strictly following specific garment care labels
  • Run local errands in the immediate neighborhood using the car
  • Coordinate with the gardeners to keep all indoor and outdoor plants in pristine condition
  • Look after the well-being of the family dog, an energetic cavapoo

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury housekeeping or hospitality, with a strong focus on discretion and reliability
  • Knowledge of and affinity for maintaining delicate surfaces and high-end clothing materials
  • A valid driver's license B to handle local errands smoothly and independently

  • Identify any 3rd party requirements to complete the user requirements. Liaise and manage requirements with 3rd party suppliers, systems integrators or other organisations as required
  • Define, manage and maintain the roadmap for your product area(s)
  • Assist the Pre-Sales/Sales team with the production, review and management of bid responses, sales proposals and quotations, as required
  • Produce and deliver presentations for both customer and internal audiences
