We are seeking friendly and efficient House Laundry Attendant to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional laundry services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and folding machines
  • Sort, wash, dry, and fold guest laundry according to established procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organised laundry area
  • Handle guest requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure proper care of guests' clothing and linens
  • Track and report any damaged or lost items
  • Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the overall guest experience

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in operating laundry equipment and knowledge of various fabric care techniques
