Job Description:

Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is looking for an experienced House & Land Coordinator to join our Clarendon Homes team in Loganholme QLD. If you have a background in residential estimating and site cost management, this could be your next career step.

Job Responsibility:

Create and manage House & Land packages across Queensland
Ensure site costs are fixed prior to deposit stage
Build and maintain relationships with land developers
Assess site costs using inspections and online resources
Prepare fixed site cost calculations to foundation stage
Identify potential risks that could impact build costs
Collaborate with Sales, Drafting, and Estimating teams to provide clear, accurate updates

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in residential sales estimating (volume builder experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of QLD building regulations, council planning codes, and developer guidelines
Proficiency with Framework software
Ability to identify constructability issues in plans and applying site requirements
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance
Strong time management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities
Clear, confident communication and strong stakeholder management
A collaborative, team-focused mindset
