Knowledgeable about or willing to learn COSHH and clinical waste handling
Willing to take on responsibility for regular health and safety checks such as fire alarm and legionella testing and reporting
Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work
Can work independently and manage time effectively

Job Responsibility

Cleaning both staff and clinical areas, such as consulting rooms, waiting room and communal spaces to a high standard
Handling clinical waste in compliance with health and safety regulations
Adhering to COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) guidelines
Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness are maintained in line with hospital protocols
Accountability for performing weekly health and safety checks and reporting as required
