Job Description:

Four Seasons Resort Mykonos is seeking a House Attendant to join our dynamic Rooms Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Keep all guest corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted
  • Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free
  • Keep all service elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean by sweeping, mopping and dusting the areas
  • Move racks of clean Rooms linen to Guest Room floors
  • Stocks Linen Storage Rooms and Armoires daily with supplies and amenities
  • Empty trash and dirty linen from guest room floors
  • Assist Housekeepers as required
  • Helps move beds and furniture, turns mattresses, removes or hangs sheers and drapes
  • Pick up and delivers guest request items on a timely basis such as Irons, Ironing boards, Cribs and Roll-aways
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

  • Ensure each shift by visiting assigned floors and collect trash, dirty linen, and other materials as instructed
  • Assist with cleaning public areas not limited to hallways, lobby, and other workspaces
  • Complete daily assignment checklists and submit them to supervisor
  • Handle items for lost and found according to resort standards
  • Retrieve clean linens from housekeeping storage facilities and distribute them to each floor
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service by anticipating and responding quickly to guests' requests
  • Make deliveries to guest rooms for guest-requested items such as amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, bedding, and linens
  • At the end of the shift, turn in all the keys and assignment sheets to the Housekeeping Office
  • Practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests, fellow associates, and self
