The House Attendant plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. Through attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence, the House Attendant helps ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Job Responsibility:
Support Room Attendants by replenishing guest room supplies, removing trash and debris, and maintaining overall cleanliness of guest floors and rooms
Assist with duties in the Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant areas during periods of high business volume or staff absence
Identify meaningful opportunities to enhance and personalize the guest experience
Uphold all health, safety, and cleanliness standards in accordance with hotel policies
Ensure that all work areas are organized, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards
Requirements:
A strong work ethic and high attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
