House Attendant-lobby

• Keep every nook and cranny spotless from equipment to facilities
• tidy up lobbies hallways and restrooms to an impressively polished standard
• ensure carpets furniture and fixtures are guest-ready and gleaming
• provide prompt and friendly service to guests making interactions feel like five-star service
• assist in setting up chairs tables and technology for meetings and events
• maintain safety by securing sensitive areas handling lost-and-found items and following safe work habits
• support the housekeeping team with behind-the-scenes cleaning and preparation

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• experience in a hotel or related field is a plus
• valid driver’s license for the applicable state required
• acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record if driving is property specific
• ability to perform well in stressful or high-pressure situations
• physical stamina for cleaning and setup duties
• strong attention to detail
• good communication and interpersonal skills
• physically capable of handling cleaning and setup tasks

experience in a hotel or related field is a plus
