The Global Hotel Sales Onboarding Manager will support the onboarding of newly opened hotels during their pre-opening phase in designated regions. Act as the key contact between hotel teams and Accor’s global sales structure. Guide them through global sales opt-in & solicitation processes, ensure strategic programs such as MEET and ALPP are clearly communicated. Introduce hotels to core sales tools like ANAIS & Cvent, ensuring they understand access & usage. Ensure global preferred agreements are shared and, where applicable, confirmed by the hotel. This role is essential in aligning new hotels with the commercial ecosystem before opening. Timely onboarding, tool access, and clear communication directly impact the commercial success of each launch.
Job Responsibility:
Support the onboarding of newly opened hotels during their pre-opening phase in designated regions
Act as the key contact between hotel teams and Accor’s global sales structure
Guide them through global sales opt-in & solicitation processes
Ensure strategic programs such as MEET and ALPP are clearly communicated
Introduce hotels to core sales tools like ANAIS & Cvent
Ensure global preferred agreements are shared and confirmed by the hotel
Develop and manage a global sales onboarding checklist for new hotel commercial team members
Establish a scalable process for other regions and brands to follow
Create and maintain all required sales and training materials
Lead onboarding to Global Sales B2B segments — Corporate, TMC, M&E, Leisure, and Sustainability
Implement and manage recurring onboarding formats
Support new commercial teams in onboarding to core sales tools such as ANAIS, LANYON, LGO, ALPP, and MEET
Deliver regular training sessions
Coordinate and communicate the relevant global sales opt-in and solicitation processes during hotel onboarding
Requirements:
Tourism or hotel-specific education, university or school
Advanced work experience in tourism with a focus in chain hotel industry
Experience in chain hotel sales is a needed asset with a minimum of 5 years
