Requirements
Professional Qualification for Wine and Beverage in hospitality industry
Approved Manager Certification from Nationally Accredited Training provider (inclusive of RSA)
Nationally Recognised Food Safety Certification for Supervisors
Experience working in management role preferable
Experience working in a Restaurant (or Food & Beverage outlet) required
Qualification from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field desirable
