As our next Hotel Team Leader, you are passionate about guests and delivering great service. Have a strong level of knowledge and experience across the operations. Have a hands-on approach, are organised and supportive of your team. Take initiative and are reactive to situations as they arise, finding suitable solutions and ensuring a positive outcome. As Hotel Team Leader you will have the opportunity to contribute to a fabulous guest experience together with your team. To help you do that we will support you with the knowledge and skills to be successful in your role. Our hotel offers 84 rooms, and puts you within easy reach of London's iconic attractions. Our hotel has recently been refurbished in charming, contemporary design with quirky touches throughout. Rooms are subtly inspired by the London Underground- look out for the surprising, playful touches that make this hotel special. Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in hotel's organisation and manage the Front of House and Food and Beverage Team
  • Be readily available for the teams and hotel guests, and work with the Assistant Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services
  • Focus on quality and ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty trough handling complaints and coming up with solutions, analysing and replying to guest's feedback
  • Administration responsibility with invoicing, cash operations and activity reports. Carry out inventories in compliance with administrative and financial procedures
  • Are result-driven and understands what needs to be done in order to achieve the hotel goals

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
  • Creative, innovative, dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated
  • High organizational planning, follow-up, presentation and reporting skills
  • Able to use Opera Cloud at an advanced level
  • Must be legally eligible to work in UK

Nice to have:

A 2nd language would be a plus
