During your three-year training in hotel management, you will become a real hospitality professional and dive deep into all areas of hotel operations. You’ll greet our guests with a smile and ensure that their stay with us is unforgettable.

Job Responsibility:

  • You’ll warmly welcome our guests at the reception, be their first point of contact for questions and requests
  • If something goes wrong, you stay calm – either solving the problem directly or directing it to the right person
  • Whether in the bar, restaurant, or at large events, you’ll serve food and drinks and create unforgettable moments
  • You’ll help out in the kitchen and support with ordering and organizing supplies
  • After cleaning, you’ll check rooms and public areas to ensure everything shines and meets our standards
  • You’ll get a taste of event management and assist in organizing events
  • In accounting, you’ll check bookings and process invoices
  • You’ll take responsibility for the cash register and manage it independently
  • You’ll be flexible across all departments and always ready to start
  • You’ll manage shifts independently, for example in room service

Requirements:

  • You have a charming, authentic demeanor, a neat appearance, and clear communication skills
  • You have completed your schooling
  • Good knowledge of German and English is a given for you
  • You are a true team player and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Creativity and a passion for hospitality come naturally to you

Nice to have:

First experience in the gastronomy, hotel industry, or service sector through internships or part-time jobs is an advantage
