Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager

• Lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities

• Sales & Marketing Experience: Prior sales & marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with the sales process including identifying leads, creating proposals, and closing deals
• Comfortable negotiating contracts
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to articulate value proposition clearly and confidently
• Ability to build rapport and develop positive client relationships
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and finance teams
• Organisation and Attention to Detail: Organised and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
• Passion for providing exceptional guest experience
