As our Hotel Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our hotel to potential clients. You'll use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to generate revenue by selling our services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements:
Sales Experience: prior sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
familiar with the sales process, including identifying leads, creating proposals, and closing deals
comfortable negotiating contracts
able to explain complex concepts in a simple and persuasive manner
Communication Skills: excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
able to articulate the hotel's value proposition clearly and confidently
able to build rapport with clients and develop positive relationships
Teamwork: able to work collaboratively with other teams, including marketing, operations, and finance
able to share information and work towards common goals
Organisation and Attention to Detail: organised and detail-oriented
able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
