Job Description:

TUI is seeking digital and helpful individuals based in Türkiye to join their team as Hotel Reps. Candidates must speak German or Dutch plus ideally another European language and have the right to work in Türkiye. The role involves creating special guest experiences, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with colleagues worldwide while working onsite in Fethiye, Sarigerme, or Marmaris.

Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
engage with guests to identify their needs and offer recommendations
promote and sell experiences to exceed sales targets
handle changes and challenging situations effectively
collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and partners
monitor progress with sales and service updates
celebrate successes.

Requirements:

Fully conversational in English, German or Dutch
hold a driving license
target-driven person with a positive mindset
quick learner
able to communicate clearly and effectively
enthusiastic about getting to know TUI’s products and services
dedicated to caring for customers
turning challenges into opportunities
strong problem-solving skills
able to handle pressure.
