We are recruiting a Hotel Receptionist, to be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach, with the focus on Customer Service in both in Reception and F&B. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations, ensuring brand standards are met, profitability is achieved, and a seamless guest experience is delivered across all departments.
Job Responsibility:
Daily operations to brand and legal standards across Reception and F&B
Follow departmental operating standards and procedures
Ensure compliance with fire safety, food safety, licensing laws, health & safety, and employment legislation
Respond to audit results and ensure consistent hygiene and operational standards
Be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations, ensuring brand standards are met, profitability is achieved, and a seamless guest experience is delivered across all departments
Requirements:
Knowledge on Oracle Opera 5 and Microsoft 365, are required skills
Proof of your eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
Receipt of two satisfactory references
