Requirements:
Experience and a successful track record of managing at HOD level within a hotel or hospitality venue
experience within a major global brand is preferred
Strong leadership skills
extensive experience in creating and implementing strategies that drive success
extensive experience of working within structured team environment and able to demonstrate effective influencing skills
highly commercially driven
highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a good team player
Experience managing a busy team to improve their performance through coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals for colleagues, recognising good performance
