Requirements:
Experience and a successful track record of managing at HOD level within a hotel or hospitality venue
Experience within a major global brand is preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a hotel team
Extensive experience in creating and implementing strategies that drive success
Extensive experience of working within a structured team environment
Able to demonstrate effective influencing skills
Highly commercially driven
Highly motivated and enthusiastic
Good team player
Experience managing a busy team to improve their performance through coaching and feedback
Experience creating performance and development goals for colleagues
