Ensure delivery of CQSMA standards (cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, atmosphere)
Ensure safe running of the hotel overnight
Handle reservations and deal with enquiries
Complete hourly security checks
Be responsible for evacuation in cases of emergency
Complete duty manager logbook
Report all accidents and incidents
Full adherence to all aspects of licensing law, trading standards, customs & excise regulations, food hygiene, and health & fire safety
Requirements:
