Requirements:

Strong Food & Beverage knowledge and experience
Track record of strong performance in all Four Seasons KPIs

Project management and renovation experience
Comfortable dealing with an experienced developer who lives onsite
Emotionally intelligent leader able to connect with staff at all levels
