Hotel Manager role at Four Seasons Mexico City, an iconic hotel with an internal garden located at Paseo de la Reforma. The property is currently under a multi-phase renovation. The role requires a leader to drive service execution, build partnerships, and create best-in-class guest and employee experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the team by being involved in all areas of the Hotel
Ensure a guest experience that represents Four Seasons
Delivery of consistent service and innovative product
Maintenance of product
Forecasting and labor management
Lead the team in ensuring efficient financial management of the business
Requirements:
Strong financial business acumen and relationship management
Alignment with ownership’s long-term vision
Product obsession to be at the highest of levels
On the floor leadership style, driving service execution through staff and guest engagement
Ability to build a strong partnership by playing a collaborative role
Ability to lead in a fluid, highly demanding environment
Skilled at project leadership and can develop a collaborative alignment amongst diverse stakeholders
Understands, respects and embraces the Mexican culture
Strong EQ – relationship management is key for all stakeholders

Exceptional communication skills, maturity in the delivery of message and approach

Conversational Spanish is required, and the ability to read and write(basic)
