Under general supervision of the Osage Casino GM, with technical direction from the Director of Hospitality, provides direction and leadership in the management, control, and operations of the Hotel. Responsible for the pre-opening and management of the hotel operations, and staff to ensure efficient and profitable operation.

Obtains, develops and maintains necessary personnel, training, and equipment to achieve financial, operational, and guest service expectations
Ensures adequate staffing to meet the organizations needs and budget
Hosts regular staff meetings
Develops departmental effectiveness
Provides, implements and promotes exceptional guest service standards
Maintains the facilities, rooms, entrances, amenities and services
Drive the Hotel’s business by promoting the Hotel and Hotel facilities and services
Maximizes the hotel’s profits by striving for the optimum occupancy rates and by achieving the best rate for all rooms sold
Promotes total guest satisfaction by addressing the complaints, answering inquiries, and resolving problems
Develops and maintains close coordination with all departments
Ensure that the physical property and equipment assigned to the Hotel are protected, maintained, and utilized efficiently
Approve the daily purchase of materials and supplies and other expenses
Prepares monthly budgets, allocates funds, authorizes expenditure, and monitors budgets
Reviews and analyzes audit reports and daily activity reports
Maintains professional and technical knowledge
Contributes to a team effort
Performs other duties as required
Provides excellent internal and external guest services
Monitors production and service levels by interacting with guest and staff
Ensures company information provided by management is effectively communicated to assigned staff
Facilitates the flow of information throughout the area of responsibility
Stays informed of company information and communications
Monitors all relevant activities of the area of responsibility, to ensure that all applicable laws, rules, regulations and controls are understood and enforced
Maintains excellent working relationships with other Company staff and all applicable regulatory commissions
Performs all duties in accordance with company core values, objectives, internal policies and procedures, and applicable laws and gaming regulations
Ensures assigned staff is aware of, understand and comply with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Three years hotel experience required
New property development and experience preferred
Two years in a management capacity preferred
Gaming experience preferred
Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license
Required to maintain a valid Driver’s License
Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States
