Step into a leadership role at one of Australia’s most iconic lifestyle luxury hotels. W Melbourne is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Hotel Manager to partner with the General Manager, and the Executive Committee, to drive operational excellence across this award-winning property. As Hotel Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of the hotel — overseeing daily operations, inspiring high-performing teams, and delivering bold, unexpected guest experiences synonymous with W Hotels. Reporting to the General Manager, you will: Collaborate with the Executive Committee and Operations teams; Drive service excellence, financial performance, and brand standards; Champion a culture aligned to both W Hotels’ Whatever/Whenever service ethos and Marriott International’s core values; Elevate guest experience in a fast-paced, lifestyle luxury environment.
