The Bangna Pride, Bangkok – Marriott Executive Apartments is a 130‑key conversion property comprising studio and one‑ to two‑bedroom serviced apartments, located at 2 Bang Na–Trat Frontage Road in Bang Kaeo, within the greater Bang Na area of Bangkok. The property is targeted for a rebranded opening by Q4 2026. Strategically positioned along the Bang Na–Trat Highway, the property offers convenient connectivity to the Sukhumvit commercial area and Suvarnabhumi International Airport, both within an approximate 30‑minute drive. The hotel is located near Sikarin Hospital, Mega Bangna shopping centre, and Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC). Facilities include an all‑day dining restaurant, fitness center, and three meeting rooms totaling 210 sqm of event space.
Job Responsibility:
Functions as the strategic business leader of property operations and acts as General Manager in his/her absence
Areas of responsibility include Front Office, Retail/Gift Shops, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping, Security/Loss Prevention, Engineering/Maintenance, Food and Beverage/Culinary and Event Management
Works with direct reports to develop and implement the operations strategy and ensuring implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives
Ensures operations meet the brand’s target customer needs, ensuring employee satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes financial performance
Develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees and provides a return on investment

Requirements:
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
8 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
6 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
Previous work experience in Thailand as a Hotel Manager
