• Proven experience (2+ years) as Hotel Manager / Assistant Hotel Manager / Head of Reception / Commercial
• Fluent in Spanish + strong English
• A natural leader with a hands-on mindset
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• A passion for hospitality, people, and delivering great service
• Numbers and results oriented.
