Job Description:

Hotel Manager position at The Imperial Mansion Beijing Marriott Executive Apartments. Functions as the strategic business leader of property operations and acts as General Manager in his/her absence. Responsible for developing and implementing property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed customer and employee needs while providing return on investment.

Job Responsibility:

Functions as strategic business leader of property operations
Acts as General Manager in his/her absence
Manages Front Office, Retail/Gift Shops, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping, Security/Loss Prevention, Engineering/Maintenance, Food and Beverage/Culinary and Event Management
Develops and implements operations strategy
Ensures implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives
Focuses on growing revenues and maximizing financial performance
Manages departmental budgets and profitability
Leads property operations teams
Conducts human resources activities including hiring and performance management

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 8 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 6 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
Experience in property operations management
Leadership experience with Executive Committee members and department heads
Financial management and budgeting skills
Strategic business leadership capabilities
