Job Responsibility:
Overseeing the smooth running of day-to-day operations
Driving the hotel’s commercial performance and long-term success
Guiding and nurturing team
Ensuring all revenue, guest satisfaction and brand targets are met
Managing budgets and controlling expenditure
Recruiting, training and managing hotel employees
Developing the team of committed HODs, preparing them for their next step, ensuring a succession plan is in place for each role
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and licensing laws, maintaining property and amenities
Continuously improving business operations through standard procedures, maximising revenue and monitoring employee performance
Identifying opportunities to grow revenue, strengthen the hotel’s local reputation and maximise the potential of every department
