Job Responsibility:
Works directly with Hotel Management to ensure the highest standards of customer service, controlling of costs and ensuring compliance with all Aramark Policies
Assigns and assists Line Service Workers assigned to department with individual tasks and duties
Checks special event function set-up and coverage, monitors functions as they occur and checks on clean-up activities
Monitors operations in all Hotel Food and Beverage Outlets
Assists in training and scheduling of personnel
Must be able to deal with guests courteously and efficiently
Must be able to lead, motivate, and relate to others
Checks previous day’s function areas for cleanliness
Spot checks bar sheets and ensures accurate inventory of alcohol
Monitors employee’s time on a daily basis and records information for payroll input documentation
Inventories Special Function service ware
Ensures compliance of Aramark Alcohol Service Policy in all locations
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the manager
Follows ARAMARK policies and procedures and safety and sanitation policies and procedures and insures compliance with these policies and procedures
May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or overtime
Requirements:
Candidates actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any field of study
Candidates willing to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Nice to have:
A major in hospitality, business, culinary, or facilities management is preferred
