Job Description:

As the Hotel Food & Beverage Supervisor - LEGOLAND Florida Resort, you will plan, guide, and execute Hotel food and beverage services with the focus on meeting operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs and will be a key operations leader responsible for developing and executing service solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.

Job Responsibility:

  • educate teams on key levers to improve margins
  • Bring value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
  • Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
  • Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, or Business Management
  • Prior experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment, including managing teams is required
  • Strong interpersonal, analysis, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work an event based schedule
  • to include evenings, weekends and holidays
